Erin Zaich Tutoring Policies.

Arrival Time:

Please do your best to have your student arrive on time. In the event of an unavoidable late arrival, the session will end 55 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Cancellation Policy:

Tutoring Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled sessions that occur within 48 hours are subject to a full charge. Please cancel/reschedule sessions via Calendly.

If your student is not able to come in person due to illness or recent symptoms, I'm happy to meet virtually. If you choose not to hold the session virtually, the 48 hour cancellation policy applies.

Breaks

No tutoring will occur during Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, on MLK, Veteran’s Day, or Memorial Day. Break will follow Lafayette School District Calendar. If attending a private school please inquire as to availability during the above listed breaks if it differs from your schools.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session or I'm happy to set up a monthly payment cadence if your student plans to meet weekly during the year. Payment is accepted in the form of Venmo, cash or check.

Service Fee -- 
· For checks returned for insufficient funds (NSF) I charge $15
· For unpaid balances exceeding 30 days, I charge an additional $50 on top of the unpaid balance.
· If we find it necessary to turn your unpaid balance over to an outside collection agency, I will charge you a collection fee. 

NO WARRANTIES

The tutor makes no promises or warranties in regards to a student’s performance in class, on tests, etc. as a result of the tutoring provided.
